Cancellation Policy

Plans change. Here's how cancellations work at Maru.
Before dispatch
You may cancel an order free of charge any time before it has been dispatched. Email contact@maruskincare.co.za as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
After dispatch
Once an order has been handed over to our courier, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the order, please refuse delivery or request a return under our Refund Policy once it arrives. Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind cancellations.
Cancellations by Maru
We may need to cancel an order in rare cases, for example, if a product is unexpectedly out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or we cannot verify payment. In such cases we will notify you and refund any amount paid in full.
How to cancel
- Email contact@maruskincare.co.za with the subject "Order Cancellation".
- Include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- We will confirm the outcome within 2 business days.
