Delivery Policy

We ship Maru body oils throughout South Africa, packaged with care from our home in Cape Town.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times
- Major centres (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban): 2 to 4 business days from dispatch.
- Regional and outlying areas: 3 to 7 business days from dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by load-shedding, weather, or courier operations are outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. From time to time we may run free-shipping promotions on orders above a certain value.
International shipping
We currently ship within South Africa only. International shipping is coming soon. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified.
Failed deliveries
If a delivery fails because the address is incorrect or no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will attempt redelivery. Repeated failed attempts may result in the parcel being returned to us, and additional shipping fees may apply for a re-send.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@maruskincare.co.za within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
